1. Customers can return or exchange an order within 20 days of the date of order.

2. There is only one time replacement or return policy for any product

3. All returns must be in unused and unwashed condition and returned with original packaging and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.

Returns method:

1. Reverse pick-up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners. The Scheduled pick up will be intimated to the customer on availability

2. Self-ship: In case our courier partner does not service your pin code, you can chose to self-ship the product(s) back to us, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns we recommend you to do it through a reliable courier service. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
