Alike is a Pan Indian apparel company that derives inspiration from relationships we cherish and the vibrant culture our country holds. With everyone running against time, time for relationships seems harder to come by. We at Alike strongly feel there is no better way to tell the world whom you love – than by wearing similar outfits with a desi twist! At the core of our business runs the desi gene – hence the indianised designs and collections, holding us closer to our roots. All our fabrics are sourced locally and befit Indian climatic conditions, making them comfortable to wear all day long. The Alike Story
Alike is founded by Chandu, a techie turned entrepreneur who runs an array of businesses, most of which deal with children. The close interactions with tiny tots is what lead her to think on venues to bring out the concept of dressing alike out of schools – into the family, the friendship gangs and what not. Months of thoughts and research into how we can infuse Indian ethnic styles into dressing alike – which implies relationship bonds alongside our core values, Alike was born.
The head of design at Alike is Shaima, founder of Seams design boutique – who has more than a decade of styling experience. She has worked with top production houses during this journey – comprising of movies, TVC’s, television productions, dance academies and a long list of clientele. Fusion and vibrance are the heart of what Shaima delivers, and this is evident in each of our designs.
