Alikestore.in reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met or stock unavailability. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
Order Cancellation from customers end:
1. Order cancellation before it is shipped: You can cancel your orders by sending an email to info@alikestore.in with subject line “Order Cancellation” along with providing your order number. Any amount already paid to us through any method will only be added back to your “Alike Wallet” as points. You can also contact our Customer Care by calling us at ****** to cancel the order.
2. Order cancellation after it is shipped: If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else.
