The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product.
The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:
1. Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders
2. Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.
(Once initiated, the amount will be transferred in your bank account within 7-10 working days for both the options)
3. The product refund value will be added to your Wallet as Points, which can be redeemed against any purchase. You may check the issued points under the “Alike Wallet” section, by clicking on ‘My Account’ at Alikestore.in
